Refunds and Returns
- We will replace or refund any items without additional charges if Everbiu is deemed responsible for any faults, ie. any misplacements, wrong listing, etc.
Face to Face sales & deliverables
- Unless otherwise specified, products cannot be returned and refunded for orders that are picked up undamaged.
- In regards to any face-to-face sales, we rely on customers to check the condition of the item before purchasing to ensure it is not damaged. Such sales cannot be refunded once the product packaging is found damaged afterwards.
Online sales & deliverables
- Any items being sold online have undergone inspection for any damages. Therefore it is assumed to have been sold in good condition. If damage is found, please inform us within 3 days or we will not be able to provide any possible compensation.
*To avoid scam or any possible arguments, all goods returning has to be on a face-to-face basis. We do not accept return goods by mail. Please contact us for arrangement.
Unsealed items (ie books, card sleeves) are not eligible for any refunds or returns
Used Games sold by Everbiu(if any) can be returned within 3 days of purchase under the condition or conditions if:
a) they are in the same condition as sold
b) it was an incorrect listing (ie missing pieces when the listing claimed otherwise)
- Returns will not be accepted if there are any missing components in a sealed game. Missing components is a manufacturing error and as such, the publisher is responsible for providing the replacements. We are happy to assist if you need help contacting the publisher
- Held Items that are not picked up CANNOT be refunded at any time unless Everbiu specified - store Credit will be given for those cases.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item- we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, along with whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
